It takes us a lot of time. Everything we serve is homemade.

It's all about pleasing people. We have a lot of people we've got to please.

It's just gotten bigger and better every year. There are a lot more samples and a lot more booths.

It doesn't seem real that your whole life can be taken away from you. I've done medical school and life, but this is the toughest one.
